Potluck Lunch and Afternoon of Activities at She Oaks Nudist Club October 2026

Howdy folks,

The crew at She Oaks Nudist Club (Corio Valley Nudist Club Inc.) are welcoming the CosieVic community back for another Potluck Lunch and an afternoon of activities with the CVNC members.

When

• Saturday 17^th October:
  • aim to arrive between 11am-12 noon, for lunch around 1pm, then activities till around 5pm
• There is also an option to stay overnight on Friday and/or Saturday (see below) to make a weekend of it.

Where

• She Oaks Nudist Club, near Meredith Victoria
• The address will be provided after you RSVP (see below)

What to Bring

• Please bring along something for a Potluck lunch (savory &/or sweet)
  • There is a BBQ, one oven, one microwave and two air fryers to heat food if required
• Tea, Coffee, milo, filtered water will be available however please bring any other drinks you require (no glass in the pool area)
• If staying overnight:
  • Please also bring food and drinks for the other meals whilst you are staying there (the nearest supermarket is approximately 20 minutes away)
  • You will need your own bedding; the caravans have a double bed and a small fridge
  • If hiring a powered caravan/tent site, you are welcome to use the communal fridges in the clubroom

What to Do

• After the Potluck lunch we can do activities and depending on the weather; choices include:
  • Indoors: people can socialise (in front of the fire if cold), play card & board games, massage exchange (if there’s interest), etc…
  • Outdoors: hot tub, dip in the pool, Finska, bushwalking / exploring the grounds, etc…
  • For those staying overnight we can continue with the above indoor activities during the evening

Costs

• Potluck Lunch:
  • We are asking each CosieVic attendee to pay $15 cash to cover our costs and the use of facilities at She Oaks, paid on the day to one of the CosieVic Committee members.
• If staying overnight:
  • There are four caravans available to hire at $50 per night (generally sleeps two) – first in gets them
  • Powered camping/caravan/RV sites are available for hire at $30 each per night
  • The PotLuck Lunch fee is only $5 cash as your overnight fees cover the rest

NOTE: If you stay overnight, you won’t be the only one there… there will most likely be others from CosieVic staying plus CVNC members who will stay the weekend in their vans.

  • If you would like to book a caravan or a powered site to stay overnight please include this detail in your email
  • The address and access details will be provided (by text only) prior to the event
• This event will also be on Meetup, if you RSVP there you will still need to email rsvp@cosievic.org.au to confirm your attendance and provide details (full name & mobile number)
