UPDATE 14-01-26:

Unfortunately due to the poor weather conditions forecast for this coming Saturday 17th January we have decided to cancel the planned Nude Beach Day at Point Impossible.

I’m told with the string winds forecast it’s not very pleasant and nowhere to hide from it… add to that some rain and it doesn’t seem like fun at all.  
There is talk of rescheduling sometime in February, so watch this space and updates will be sent out if / when a new date is chosen.

Please join us for the CosieVic Beach Day at the Point Impossible Nude Beach in Torquay. Then anyone still keen to hang out can go to into Torquay for an early Fish & Chips dinner overlooking the beach at Cosy Corner.
Where:
  • Point Impossible Clothing Optional Beach carpark is located at the North End of the Esplanade in Torquay (see map – click on the black Location link below).
When:
  • Saturday 17th January starting 11am till around 4pm.
  • On a hot day this can get busy and the carpark full, so arriving earlier may be better. However arrive anytime that suits you and stay for as long as you’d like.
What to bring:
  • Please BYO everything: towel, hat, shelter, sunscreen, food, drinks, beach games, etc. as there is nothing available at the beach
  • There are toilets in the carpark, a short distance from the beach.

How to find us:

  • Please look out for the CosieVic banner, we will setup around that.
Any questions:
  • Leading up to the day please email events@cosievic.org.au and ensure you include your mobile number so that someone can get back to you.
  • NOTE: on the day emails may not be seen, however if you contact us before the day you will have a mobile number to contact Andrew on the day.
Weather:
  • If the weather is unsuitable for a beach day the event will be cancelled and notifications will go out in the Meetup event and to the Mailing list.
  • If you are unsure please check these before heading out for the day.
