Nude swim and social night, hosted by Metro East Association Inc.
Swim nights are held at a private and well established swim centre, in the outer South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Between February and November, swim nights are on the 3rd Saturday of each month. In December, the swim night is normally held on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Attendance is typically a mixed group of around 30 – 50 people.

The Committee members are always looking for assistance with the setup of the venue on the night from 5.30pm – 6pm. This involves bringing inside equipment from the club trailer (tables, tubs, rubbish bins, step ladder, urn, etc). The most time consuming task is covering the windows with black plastic to provide privacy for our swimmers.

At the end of the night, from 8.30pm – 9pm, we have to take it all down and pack it back into the trailer.

There is no obligation to make this a regular commitment. As they say, “many hands make light work”.

Heated pool (typically 21 degrees water temperature) with 6 lanes. Suitable for swimming laps, or for more leisurely activities, the pool is nice and warm, and a great place for socializing. We do not have access to spas or saunas at the venue, but there are plenty of hot showers on site.

Our event is family friendly, and everyone is expected to behave appropriately. Our “Code of Behaviour” is strictly enforced so that everyone, male and female, feels safe at our events.

We do not discriminate in any way as to who may attend our swim nights. All are made to feel welcome, regardless of age, sex, or body shape. If you are new to social nudity, this is a great way to experience for the first time the freedom of naked swimming and socializing with other like minded people in a safe, clothes free space.

SHARED SUPPER
During the later part of the evening we will have a bring-and-share supper. Please consider bringing a plate of food to share. We ask that food not be brought to the venue on single use plastic plates as these are now banned throughout Victoria. We only have a small pie warmer for reheating food. Cold food is easier to prepare and serve at the venue.

Free tea and coffee are provided. There is no drinking water fountain at the venue. You may wish to bring your own cold drinks, non-alcoholic. Do not bring glass or crockery to the venue due to safety considerations around the pool area. Food will be served in a Covid safe manner.

Public transport is available to get to the venue. Catch the 893 bus from Dandenong Station towards Cranbourne. It leaves Dandenong Station at 6.02, 6.22, and 6.42pm on Saturdays, and takes 11 minutes to get to the venue. To get back to the station afterwards, someone can be able to give you a lift – just ask one of the organisers. Alternatively, there is plenty of free parking on the site.
